Workers' Compensation Lawyers In Orange County

Workers comp lawyers in Orange County who specialize in helping people get the workers compensation they deserve from their employers when they get injured at their job. If you are injured at work, there may be a chance that your employer's insurance companies will not cover your expenses. If you have to pay out of pocket for your medical bills, pain and suffering, and lost wages, you might want to contact a workman's comp lawyer and check eligibility.

Our work-related injury attorney will work with professionalism diligently on your behalf. Importantly our specialists in work injury, mesothelioma, malpractice, social security and various other areas. On thing to note is you should never be terminated by your employer just because you were injured on the job. Another reason you shouldn't be let go is because you have requested workers’ compensation benefits.

Getting fired for this reason is against California law. An injured worker who is fired for filing a claim does have legal recourse for this unlawful termination. Our attorneys are experts at winning settlements for our clients.

Many workers put a lot of trust in their employer or its insurance company and count on them to tell the worker what they should and should not do and how much money they should get.

If you have permanent disability because of your work injury or preexisting condition, your employer or their insurance companies may offer to settle your claim. There is a good chance that if you are being offered a workers’ compensation settlement, it is not for the full value of your disability.
